매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(발견신고된 국가유산의 보상금 등)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제21조제1항 후단 및 단서에 따라 보상금을 분할하여 지급하는 경우에는 발견자나 습득자에게 발견하거나 습득할 때 지출한 경비를 보상금 중에서 우선 지급하고, 그 차액을 발견자나 습득자와 그 국가유산이 발견된 토지 또는 건조물 등의 소유자에게 균등하게 분할하여 지급한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 법 제21조제1항에 따라 지급하는 보상금의 구체적인 지급 기준은 국가유산청장이 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <신설 2024.8.13>
