매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(국가 귀속대상이 아닌 국가유산의 처리 방법)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제20조에 따라 소유권 판정 절차를 거친 결과 정당한 소유자가 없는 국가유산으로서 제19조에 따른 국가 귀속대상이 아닌 국가유산을 교육이나 학술 자료 등으로 활용하게 하거나 일정한 장소에 보관하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>
