Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Investigation of Buried Heritage, Article 20 (Preparation of Management Regulations for National Heritage Reverted to the State)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제20조에 따라 국가에 귀속된 국가유산의 보관ㆍ관리, 전시, 활용 및 대여 등에 관한 사항을 정한 관리규정을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 다음 각 호의 자는 국가유산청장과 협의하여 법 제20조에 따라 국가에 귀속된 국가유산의 보관ㆍ관리, 전시, 활용 및 대여 등에 관한 사항을 정한 관리규정을 마련해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
