매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(발견신고)

① 법 제17조에 따른 발견신고는 매장유산을 발견한 날부터 30일 이내에 방문 또는 전화 등의 연락수단을 통하여 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7, 2024.5.28>

② 제1항에 따른 신고는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관을 통하여 할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 기관에 신고가 접수된 날에 법 제17조에 따라 국가유산청장에게 신고한 것으로 본다. <개정 2019.8.27, 2024.5.7>

③ 제2항에 따라 발견신고를 받은 기관은 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 구비서류를 첨부하여 지체 없이 국가유산청장에게 그 발견된 사실을 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

④ 제2항에 따라 발견신고를 받은 특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 즉시 관할 경찰서장에게 그 발견된 사실을 알려야 한다. 이 경우 발견신고자로부터 해당 매장유산을 제출받은 경우에는 관할 경찰서장에게 인계하여야 한다. <개정 2019.8.27, 2024.5.7>
