매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제16조(매장유산의 현상변경에 대한 허가 방법 등)

법 제16조에 따른 매장유산 현상(現狀)변경에 대한 허가 방법 및 절차 등에 관하여는 제8조부터 제10조까지, 제10조의2, 제11조, 제11조의2, 제12조부터 제14조까지, 제14조의2부터 제14조의5까지 및 제15조의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "발굴"은 "현상변경"으로, "발굴허가"는 "현상변경허가"로 본다. <개정 2024.5.7>
