Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Investigation of Buried Heritage, Article 14-4 (Reporting of Unearthed Materials, etc.)

① 법 제14조의2제1항에서 "인골(人骨), 미라 등 대통령령으로 정하는 역사적ㆍ학술적 자료"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자료로서 출토 경위, 잔존 상태 및 희귀성에 비추어 연구ㆍ보관의 가치가 있는 자료(이하 이 조에서 "출토자료"라 한다)를 말한다.
