말산업 육성법 제23조(조세의 감면)

국가와 지방자치단체는 말산업특구에서 말산업을 지원하기 위하여 말산업특구에 사업장을 둔 말사업자에 대하여 「조세특례제한법」, 「지방세특례제한법」, 그 밖의 조세 관계 법률에서 정하는 바에 따라 국세 및 지방세를 감면할 수 있다.
