마약류중독자 치료보호규정 제12조(판별검사의 결과 보고)

① 치료보호기관의 장은 제10조제1항 및 제11조제1항에 따라 실시한 판별검사 결과를 7일 이내에 별지 제4호서식에 진단서 사본 또는 소견서 사본을 첨부하여 그 치료보호기관을 관할하는 보건복지부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 보고해야 하며, 보고를 받은 시ㆍ도지사는 이를 지체 없이 보건복지부장관에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2010.3.15, 2022.4.19, 2023.12.26, 2025.2.6>
