마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제36조(몰수보전의 효력)

몰수보전된 재산(이하 "몰수보전재산"이라 한다)에 대하여 그 보전 후에 된 처분은 몰수에 관하여 그 효력을 발생하지 아니한다. 다만, 제47조제1항 본문에 따른 경우(제50조제4항 및 제5항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)와 몰수보전명령에 대항할 수 있는 담보권의 실행으로서의 처분인 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
