마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 국제적으로 협력하여 마약류와 관련된 불법행위를 조장하는 행위 등을 방지함으로써 마약류범죄의 진압과 예방을 도모하고, 이에 관한 국제협약을 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 「마약류관리에 관한 법률」과 그 밖의 관계 법률에 대한 특례 등을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.
