Enforcement Rule of the Design Protection Act, Article 69 (Public Notice of Extinguishment of Design Rights)
지식재산처장은 법 제111조에 따라 디자인권이 소멸된 경우에는 그 취지를 등록디자인공보 또는 공개디자인공보에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Where a design right has been extinguished pursuant to Article 111 of the Act, the Minister of Intellectual Property shall publicly notify such intention in the Registered Design Gazette or the Published Design Gazette.
