동의대 사건 희생자의 명예회복 및 보상에 관한 법률 제11조(보상금에 대한 재심의)

① 명예회복위원회가 제8조에 따라 결정한 사항에 대하여 이의가 있는 유족 또는 당사자는 보상금 결정서 정본을 송달받은 날부터 30일 이내에 명예회복위원회에 재심의를 신청할 수 있다.

② 명예회복위원회는 재심의 신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 관련 사실을 재조사하거나 산정방법 등을 재심의하여 보상금 액수 등을 변경할 수 있다.

③ 제2항의 재심의 결정서 정본의 송달에 관하여는 제9조를 준용한다.
