동산문화유산 보존처리에 관한 규정 제5조(보존처리계획의 변경승인)

① 법 제37조의4제2항에 따라 승인받은 보존처리계획을 변경할 수 있는 경우는 법 제37조의5제2항제2호 및 제3호와 같다.

② 법 제37조의4제2항에 따라 보존처리계획의 변경승인을 받으려는 발주자는 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국가유산청장에게 신청해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

③ 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 국가유산청장이 보존처리계획을 변경승인한 경우에는 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 보존처리계획 변경승인서를 발주자에게 발급해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
