동산문화유산 보존처리에 관한 규정 제2조(보존과학기술자의 현장 배치기준 등)

① 「국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제33조제1항 본문에 따라 「국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 시행령」 제13조 및 별표 8의 보존과학업을 영위하는 자(이하 "보존과학업자"라 한다)는 같은 영 제8조제1항 및 별표 2 제5호의 보존과학기술자(이하 "보존과학기술자"라 한다)를 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 동산문화유산 보존처리의 착수와 동시에 해당 동산문화유산 보존처리 현장(실제로 동산문화유산 보존처리가 이루어지는 장소를 말한다. 이하 같다)에 배치해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 보존과학업자는 법 제33조제1항 단서에 따라 동산문화유산 보존처리의 품질 및 안전에 지장을 주지 않는 범위에서 발주자의 승낙을 받아 1명의 보존과학기술자를 2개 또는 3개의 동산문화유산 보존처리 현장에 배치할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

③ 동산문화유산 보존처리 현장에 배치된 보존과학기술자가 동시에 수행할 수 있는 보존처리 건수는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. <개정 2024.5.7>

④ 보존과학업자는 법 제33조제1항에 따라 보존과학기술자를 동산문화유산 보존처리 현장에 배치할 때에는 보존과학기술자로 하여금 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 배치 내용에 대하여 발주자의 확인을 받도록 해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
