동북아역사재단 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제7조(임원)

①재단에 임원으로서 이사장 1인을 포함한 20인 이내의 이사와 감사 1인을 둔다.

②이사장과 정관으로 정하는 상근이사를 제외한 임원은 비상근으로 한다. <개정 2021.3.23>

(2) Officers오^f퍼서즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 full-time^f풀-타임 directors더^r렉터즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 non-full-time.난-^f풀-타임

③이사장은 교육부장관의 제청에 의하여 국무총리를 거쳐 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

④이사는 대통령령으로 정하는 당연직 이사를 제외하고는 교육부장관이 이사장의 추천에 의하여 외교부장관과의 협의를 거쳐 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2021.3.23>

⑥이사장 및 이사의 임기는 3년, 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 한 차례만 중임할 수 있다. 다만, 당연직 이사의 임기는 그 재임기간으로 한다. <개정 2021.3.23>
