동물원 및 수족관의 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(조치명령)

① 허가권자는 법 제23조제1항에 따라 조치명령을 하는 경우에는 6개월 이내의 이행기간을 정해야 한다.

② 허가권자는 법 제23조제1항에 따른 조치명령을 받은 자가 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 제1항에 따른 이행기간 내에 조치를 완료할 수 없는 경우에는 조치명령을 받은 자의 신청을 받아 매회 1년의 범위에서 2회까지 그 이행기간을 연장할 수 있다.
