동물원 및 수족관의 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(과징금의 부과기준 등)

① 법 제11조제1항에 따라 부과하는 과징금의 금액은 영업정지 기간에 1일당 50만원을 곱하여 얻은 금액으로 한다. 이 경우 영업정지 1개월은 30일을 기준으로 한다.

② 허가권자는 법 제11조제1항에 따라 과징금을 부과하려는 경우에는 그 위반행위의 종류와 해당 과징금의 금액을 명시하여 이를 납부할 것을 서면으로 통지해야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 통지를 받은 자는 통지를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 허가권자가 정하는 수납기관에 과징금을 납부해야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따라 과징금을 납부받은 그 납부자에게 영수증을 발급해야 하고, 과징금이 납부된 사실을 지체 없이 허가권자에게 통보해야 한다.
