동물보호법 제65조(인증취소 등)

① 농림축산식품부장관 또는 인증기관은 인증 받은 자가 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 인증을 받은 경우 그 인증을 취소하여야 하며, 제59조제3항에 따른 인증기준에 맞지 아니하게 된 경우 그 인증을 취소할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 인증이 취소된 자(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자를 포함한다)는 그 인증이 취소된 날부터 1년 이내에는 인증농장 인증을 신청할 수 없다.
