동ㆍ서ㆍ남해안 및 내륙권 발전 특별법 시행령 제31조(협의회의 운영)

① 협의회의 회의는 공동위원장이 서로 협의하여 개최하고, 의장은 개최지의 시ㆍ도지사가 된다.

② 협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하며, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 규정된 사항 외에 협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 공동위원장이 협의하여 정한다.
