Enforcement Decree of the Act on Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Service for Independence, Article 18 (Management of Surplus Funds)

① 기금의 여유자금은 다음 각 호와 같이 운용할 수 있다.

② 기금출납공무원이 제1항제2호에 따라 기금을 예탁할 때에는 금융기관에 기금출납공무원 예탁금 계좌를 설치하고 예탁하여야 한다.
