독립공채상환에 관한 특별조치법 제4조(상환)

① 제3조에 따라 신고된 독립공채 중 미화로 표시된 독립공채에 대해서는 원금에 그 공채표 또는 증권에서 정하는 이율에 따라 복리로 계산한 이자를 가산한 금액을, 원화로 표시된 독립공채에 대해서는 발행 당시의 환율에 따라 미화로 환산한 원금에 그 공채표 또는 증권에서 정한 이율에 따라 복리로 계산한 이자를 가산한 금액을 상환한다.

② 제1항에 따른 이자의 복리계산은 1년을 단위로 하며, 그 이자계산기간은 독립공채의 발행일부터 상환금의 지급통지일까지로 한다.
