도청이전을 위한 도시건설 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제9조(이전계획의 수립)

① 이전기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 이전계획을 수립하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 이전계획은 본사 또는 주 사무소 및 그 기능의 수행을 위한 조직을 이전하는 것을 목적으로 수립되어야 한다.

③ 이전기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 이전계획을 수립한 경우에는 그 계획을 소관 행정기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. 그 계획을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.
