도시형캠퍼스 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 특별법 제10조(학교운영위원회)

① 도시형캠퍼스에 두는 학교운영위원회는 본교와 통합하여 운영한다. 이 경우 본교의 학교운영위원회 위원 중 1명 이상은 도시형캠퍼스의 학부모 또는 교원으로 하여야 한다.

② 본교의 장은 효율적인 관리를 위하여 필요한 경우 도시형캠퍼스에 학교운영위원회를 별도로 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 그 밖에 학교운영위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 관한 사항은 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른다.
