도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제7조의2(실무위원회 설치 등)

① 특별위원회는 효율적인 운영을 위하여 특별위원회로부터 위임받은 사항을 심의하는 실무위원회를 둘 수 있다. 이 경우 실무위원회의 심의를 거친 사항은 특별위원회의 심의를 거친 것으로 본다.

② 실무위원회 위원장은 실무위원회의 심의 결과에 대하여 특별위원회의 의견을 들어야 하며, 특별위원회 위원장이 해당 심의 결과에 대하여 재심의를 할 필요가 있다고 판단하는 경우에는 특별위원회에서 재심의를 하여야 한다.

③ 실무위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
