도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제54조(혁신지구에 대한 특례)

① 혁신지구재생사업에 관한 국유재산ㆍ공유재산 등의 처분, 공동이용시설 사용료의 감면, 조세 및 부담금의 감면, 건축규제의 완화 등에 관한 특례는 제30조, 제30조의2, 제31조 및 제32조를 준용한다.

② 혁신지구사업시행자가 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」 제20조에 따라 사업인정을 받은 경우에는 같은 법 제23조제1항 및 제28조제1항에도 불구하고 혁신지구계획에서 정하는 사업의 시행기간 내에 재결의 신청을 할 수 있다.

③ 전략계획수립권자는 주거재생혁신지구에서 혁신지구재생사업의 원활한 시행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률」 제14조에도 불구하고 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 도시공원 또는 녹지 확보에 대하여 완화된 기준을 정하여 시행할 수 있다. <신설 2022.6.10>
