Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Exchange Between Urban and Farming and Fishing Areas, Article 4 (Improvement Orders)

① 시장ㆍ군수등이 법 제7조제3항에 따른 개선명령을 할 때에는 개선사항 등을 고려하여 1년의 범위에서 그 기간을 정하여야 한다.
