시장ㆍ군수등은 법 제56조제1항 본문에 따라 사업시행계획인가 또는 사업시행계획서 작성과 관계된 서류를 일반인에게 공람하게 하려는 때에는 그 요지와 공람장소를 해당 지방자치단체의 공보등에 공고하고, 토지등소유자에게 공고내용을 통지하여야 한다.
