도시교통정비 촉진법 제44조(교통수요관리의 공동수행)

① 특별관리구역에 시설물을 소유한 자는 제43조에 따라 시장이 시행하는 교통수요관리 조치에 대응하여 특별관리구역에 출입하는 교통량을 줄이기 위한 계획을 공동으로 수행하기 위하여 조합을 구성할 수 있다.
