도시교통정비 촉진법 제24조의2(사후관리)

① 이행의무사항에 따라 준공된 시설물의 소유자 및 관리자는 해당 이행의무사항에 적합하도록 시설물을 유지ㆍ관리ㆍ운영하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 시설물의 소유자 및 관리자는 주변 교통환경의 변화 등에 따라 해당 시설물 또는 그 유지ㆍ관리ㆍ운영 방법을 변경할 필요가 있을 때에는 변경하려는 내용을 사전에 승인관청에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.23>

③ 승인관청은 제2항에 따른 변경신고를 받은 날부터 180일 이내에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 신고수리 여부를 결정하고, 그 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2019.4.23>

④ 승인관청이 제3항에서 정한 기간 내에 신고수리 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장을 신고인에게 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간(민원 처리 관련 법령에 따라 처리기간이 연장 또는 재연장된 경우에는 해당 처리기간을 말한다)이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고를 수리한 것으로 본다. <신설 2019.4.23>
