도시교통정비 촉진법 시행령 제25조(부담금의 징수방법 등)

① 법 제36조제1항에 따라 시장이 부담금을 부과ㆍ징수하려는 경우에는 부과 대상자에게 부담금의 금액, 납부기간, 납부장소 등을 적은 납부고지서를 납부기간 시작 5일 전까지 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.14, 2014.8.6>

② 제1항에 따른 납부고지서를 받은 납부의무자는 부담금을 제21조에 따른 납부기간 내에 시장이 정하는 수납기관에 내야 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 그 기간 내에 부담금을 낼 수 없을 때에는 그 사유가 없어진 날부터 5일 이내에 내야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 부담금을 납부받은 수납기관은 영수증을 납부자에게 내주어야 한다.

④ 부담금의 수납기관은 제2항에 따라 부담금을 수납하였을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 시장에게 알려야 한다.

⑤ 시장은 제1항에 따른 납부고지서 발급과 관련하여 부담금 부과 대상 시설물의 소유자 정보 및 법 제36조제8항제2호에 따른 주거용 건물 해당 여부 등을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 확인하거나 조사할 수 있다. <신설 2026.9.15>
