Enforcement Decree of the Urban Transportation Improvement Promotion Act, Article 15 (Designation of Congestion Toll Zones)

① 시장은 토ㆍ일요일과 공휴일을 제외한 평일의 시간대별 차량의 평균 통행속도 또는 교차로 지체시간이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 지역을 법 제35조에 따른 혼잡통행료 부과지역(이하 "혼잡통행료 부과지역"이라 한다)으로 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.22, 2022.12.20>
