도시교통정비 촉진법 시행령 제13조(개선명령의 협의)

시장 또는 군수는 법 제13조제3항에 따라 대중교통수단을 운영하는 자에게 개선명령을 하려면 그 명령의 내용이 교통권역의 다른 행정구역과 관련되는 경우에는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장 및 특별자치시장은 그 행정구역을 관할하는 도지사 또는 해당 교통시설의 관리청과 협의하고, 군수등은 그 행정구역을 관할하는 군수등 또는 해당 교통시설의 관리청과 협의해야 한다. <개정 2020.11.24>
