도시교통정비 촉진법 시행규칙 제3조의3(교통유발계수)

① 법 제37조제1항에 따른 교통유발계수는 별표 4와 같다.

② 시설물의 사용 용도가 건축물 관리대장상의 용도와 다른 경우 시설물에 대한 교통유발계수는 시설물이 실제 사용되는 용도의 교통유발계수를 적용한다.

③ 장기간의 공공사업의 시행 등으로 인하여 교통유발량에 변화가 생겼을 때에는 시장은 한시적으로 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 교통유발계수의 100분의 50 범위에서 교통유발계수를 조정하여 적용할 수 있다.
