도시가스사업법 제7조의2(처분효과의 승계)

제7조에 따라 도시가스사업자의 지위승계가 있으면 종전의 도시가스사업자에 대한 제9조에 따른 사업의 정지 또는 제한처분(제10조에 따라 사업의 정지 또는 제한명령에 갈음하여 부과하는 과징금을 포함한다)의 효과는 처분기간이 만료된 날부터 1년간 그 지위를 승계받은 자에게 승계되며, 처분의 절차가 진행 중이면 지위승계를 받은 자에게 그 절차를 속행할 수 있다. 다만, 지위승계를 받은 자(상속에 의하여 승계를 받은 자를 제외한다)가 승계를 받은 때에 그 처분 또는 위반사실을 알지 못하였음을 증명하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
