도시가스사업법 제10조의10(천연가스 비축의무)

① 가스도매사업자는 도시가스의 수급 안정을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 천연가스를 비축하여야 한다.

② 가스도매사업자는 도시가스의 수급상 필요한 경우에는 제1항에 따라 비축한 천연가스를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사용할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에도 불구하고 가스도매사업자가 해외에서 가스전을 직접 개발하여 수입하면서 대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 해당하는 경우에는 천연가스 비축의무를 면제 또는 감경할 수 있다.

④ 제3항에 따른 천연가스 비축의무의 면제 또는 감경에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
