도선법 제8조(신체검사)

① 도선사가 되려는 사람은 최초 신체검사에 합격하여야 한다.

② 도선사는 제4조제5항에 따라 도선사면허증을 발급받은 날(도선사가 제4조제4항 후단에 따라 도선사면허 등급의 변경을 신청하여 도선사면허를 받은 경우나 제22조제1항 후단에 따라 도선사면허를 새로 받은 경우에는 해당 도선사가 처음으로 도선사면허증을 발급받은 날을 말한다)부터 2년이 지날 때마다 그 2년이 되는 날의 전후 3개월 이내에 정기 신체검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 법률 제7788호 도선법 일부개정법률 부칙 제2항에 따라 정년이 연장된 도선사 및 제7조제1항 단서에 따라 정년이 연장된 도선사는 65세가 된 날부터 1년이 지날 때마다 그 1년이 되는 날의 전후 3개월 이내에 정기 신체검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21, 2018.9.18, 2023.12.29>
