도로법 시행령 제83조(비용부담에 관한 재정의 신청)

법 제85조제3항에 따라 국토교통부장관 또는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ도지사에게 재정을 신청하려는 자는 재정 신청서에 설계서 또는 유지ㆍ관리 방법에 관한 설명서와 협의경과서를 첨부하여 제출하여야 한다.
