도로법 시행령 제11조(회의)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 회의는 국토교통부장관의 요구가 있거나 위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 소집한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 or오 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary.네서세^r리

③ 위원회의 위원장이 회의를 소집하는 경우에는 회의 개최 5일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 각 위원에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원회의 위원장은 심의나 그 밖에 위원회의 업무 수행에 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 기관에 자료의 제출을 요청하거나 관계자 또는 전문가를 위원회의 회의에 출석하게 하여 그 의견을 들을 수 있다.
