도로교통법 제111조(수강료등의 반환 등)

① 학원등 설립ㆍ운영자는 교육생이 수강을 계속할 수 없는 경우와 학원등의 등록취소ㆍ이전ㆍ운영정지 또는 지정취소 등으로 교육을 계속할 수 없는 경우에는 교육생으로부터 받은 수강료등을 반환하거나 교육생이 다른 학원등에 편입할 수 있도록 하는 등 교육생의 보호를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 수강료등의 반환 사유 및 반환 금액과 교육생 편입조치 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 교육생이 다른 학원등에 편입한 경우에 종전의 학원등에서 이수한 교육 시간은 편입한 학원등에서 이수한 것으로 본다.
