도로교통법 시행규칙 제86조(수시적성검사 관련 개인정보의 통보방법 등)

①영 제58조제2항에 따라 개인정보를 보유한 기관의 장은 개인정보자료를 별지 제78호서식 또는 전자적 매체에 기록하여 경찰청장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2010.12.31>
