도로교통법 시행규칙 제64조(학과시험의 합격자발표)

①학과시험의 합격자발표는 특별한 사정이 없는 한 시험 당일에 하여야 한다.

③학과시험의 합격자발표는 일정한 장소에 응시자의 수험번호를 게시함으로써 본인에 대한 통지에 대신할 수 있다.
