도로교통법 시행규칙 제43조(교통안전시설의 원상회복)

법 제69조제6항에 따라 공사시행자는 공사로 인하여 교통안전시설을 훼손한 때에는 부득이한 사유가 없는 한 해당공사가 끝난 날부터 3일 이내에 이를 원상회복하고 그 결과를 관할경찰서장에게 신고해야 한다. <개정 2021.4.21>
