법 제69조제1항에 따라 도로공사를 하려는 사람(이하 "공사시행자"라 한다)은 별지 제22호서식의 도로공사신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 관할 경찰서장에게 신고해야 한다. <개정 2024.1.31>
