도로교통법 시행규칙 제33조의9(정상 작동여부 검사 시기ㆍ기준 및 방법)

① 음주운전 방지장치 등록자는 법 제50조의3제6항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 날부터 6개월마다 정기적으로 음주운전 방지장치의 정상 작동여부 등을 점검하는 검사(이하 "정상 작동여부 검사"라 한다)를 받아야 한다.

② 정상 작동여부 검사 기간은 정상 작동여부 검사 유효기간 만료일 전후 각각 31일 이내의 기간으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 inspection인스펙션 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 normal노믈 operation아퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 within위^ð딘 31 days데이즈 before비^f포 and앤드 after애^f프터 the^ð디 expiration엑스퍼^r레이션 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 validity^v벌리더티 of어^v브 the^ð디 inspection인스펙션 of어^v브 normal노믈 operation.아퍼^r레이션

③ 제1항제2호 및 제2항에서 정상 작동여부 검사 유효기간 만료일은 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 날부터 6개월이 되는 날로 한다.

④ 정상 작동여부 검사의 기준 및 방법은 별표 13의2와 같다.

(4) The^ð더 standards스탠더즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 of어^v브 inspection인스펙션 of어^v브 normal노믈 operation아퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 as애즈 shown숀 in인 attached어태치트 Table테이블 13-2.

⑤ 음주운전 방지장치 등록자가 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 날부터 1년간 정상 작동여부 검사를 2회 받은 경우 법 제50조의3제6항에 따라 연 2회 검사를 받은 것으로 본다.
