댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 제20조(다목적댐건설비용의 부담)

① 댐사용권설정예정자는 다목적댐의 건설비용 중 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산출한 비용을 부담하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 부담금은 다음 각 호의 금액을 고려하여 산출하여야 한다.

③ 다목적댐의 건설비용에서 제1항에 따른 부담금을 뺀 금액은 국고의 부담으로 한다.

(3) The^ð디 amount어마운트 obtained어브테인드 by바이 deducting디덕팅 the^ð더 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 construction컨스트^r럭션 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 multipurpose멀티퍼퍼스 dam댐 shall섈 be비 borne본 by바이 the^ð더 national내셔늘 treasury.트^r레저^r리

④ 국가는 댐사용권설정예정자가 댐사용권을 설정받지 못하면 제1항에 따라 납부한 부담금을 댐사용권설정예정자에게 반환하여야 한다. 다만, 기본계획을 폐지하는 경우를 제외하고는 새로운 댐사용권설정예정자가 정하여질 때까지 부담금의 반환을 정지할 수 있다.

⑤ 국가는 제4항 단서에 따라 부담금의 반환을 정지하는 경우에는 그 정지기간 동안 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이자를 지급하여야 한다.

⑥ 다목적댐의 건설에 필요한 비용의 범위, 부담금의 납부방법 및 납부기한, 부담금의 반환 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
