댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(지방자치단체의 비용부담)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제22조에 따라 지방자치단체에 다목적댐의 건설에 필요한 비용의 일부를 부담시키려는 경우에는 그 부담액, 부담액의 산출 근거, 납부기한 등을 적은 납부통지서를 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2025.10.1>
