대한지방행정공제회법 제7조(회원의 자격 및 권리ㆍ의무)

① 공제회의 회원은 일반회원과 특별회원으로 구분한다.

(1) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 classified클래서^f파이드 as애즈 general제너^r럴 members멤버즈 and앤드 special스페실 members.멤버즈

② 일반회원이 될 수 있는 사람은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다. 다만, 교육공무원, 경찰공무원 및 소방공무원은 제외한다. <개정 2023.12.26>

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 may메이 become비컴 a어 general제너^r럴 member멤버 is이즈 a어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 educational에저케이셔늘 public퍼블릭 officials,어^f피실즈 police펄리스 officials,어^f피실즈 and앤드 fire^f파이어 officials어^f피실즈 are아 excluded:익스클루디드

③ 특별회원이 될 수 있는 사람은 제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 직(職)에 근무하다가 퇴직한 사람으로서 정관으로 정하는 사람으로 한다. 다만, 특별회원의 권리ㆍ의무에 관하여는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 달리 정할 수 있다.

④ 회원이 되려는 사람은 가입신청서를 제출하고 최초의 부담금을 낸 날에 그 자격을 취득한다.

(4) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 become비컴 a어 member멤버 shall섈 acquire어콰이어 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 on안 the^ð더 day데이 he히 or오 she쉬 submits서브밋츠 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 joining조이닝 and앤드 pays페이즈 the^ð더 first^f퍼스트 contribution.칸트^r러뷰션

⑤ 회원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 급여 및 대여를 받을 권리와 복지시설을 이용할 권리가 있으며, 부담금을 내고 공제회의 운영에 협조할 의무를 진다.

(5) Members멤버즈 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 right^r라잇 to투 receive^r러시^v브 benefits베너^f핏츠 and앤드 loans론즈 and앤드 the^ð더 right^r라잇 to투 use유스 welfare웰^f페어 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 as애즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 shall섈 bear베어 the^ð디 obligation아블러게이션 to투 pay페이 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 and앤드 cooperate코아퍼^r레잇 in인 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

⑥ 회원이 그 자격을 상실하거나 그의 의사에 따라 공제회를 탈퇴하였을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 본인이 낸 부담금 등의 반환을 청구할 수 있다.
