대한지방행정공제회법 제19조(예산 및 결산)

① 공제회는 다음 회계연도의 총수입과 총지출을 예산으로 편성하여 다음 회계연도가 시작되기 1개월 전에 대의원회의 결의를 거쳐 행정안전부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 공제회는 회계연도가 지난 후 3개월 이내에 결산보고서, 재산목록, 재무상태표 및 손익계산서를 작성하여 대의원회의 결의를 거쳐 행정안전부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.1.6, 2017.7.26>
