대한지방행정공제회법 제16조의2(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

① 공제회는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 당사자의 동의를 받아 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 공제회는 제1항에 따른 정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 때에는 해당 정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호하여야 한다.
