대한지방행정공제회법 제13조(임원의 선임 및 임기)

① 이사장 및 이사는 대의원회에서 선출하되, 행정안전부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 assembly어셈블리 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 and앤드 shall섈 obtain어브테인 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety.세이^f프티

② 감사는 대의원회에서 선출한다.

(2) Auditors아더터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 assembly어셈블리 of어^v브 delegates.델러게잇츠

③ 이사장 및 이사의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 이사장 및 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 한 차례만 연임할 수 있으며, 임기 중 결원이 생겼을 때에 그 후임자의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.
